Quality Inn Holly Springs South

The halls smelled weird , there were holes in the comforter and they charged 100$ hold after paying on Expedia and 4 days later still have not returned the money and over charged pet fee twice

Towel quality was just ok

The whole building inside and out are nasty. Bed smelt bad outside was ran down and falling apart. All the inside stuff is smashed up rusty. I will need a tetanus shot just to go in. The pictures of the place are all a lie. Stay away from this place.

Very nice stay here, we actually stayed twice - one time on our way out to Kansas, and then we stayed here on the way back. Nice and clean rooms, easy to access from the interstate and the free breakfast had warm items that were actually good. No hesitation to recommend this hotel.

Very quiet and peaceful. When I arrived I didn’t know I had to pay a 100$ deposit but they were gone reimburse the funds after I checked out the room . I didn’t have 100$ on a card and he told me to just pay $50 cash and will give it back in the morning and when I checked out I got it back .. very trustworthy and honest staff ! 9.5/10 will book again

It was a good location and clean.

When I checked out, they kept my $100 deposit saying they had refunded it already. I called my bank and they said there was no authorization of a refund. So I am disputing charges. Gary/Mike the manager asked me “what do you want me to do about it?”. It is very frustrating when I’m having to use my time to get my money back.

Needs some renovation.

The staff was very friendly. The front desk clerk noticed that I was walking with a pronounced limp and changed my rooms, so I had a shower that I could walk in and not have to stand in a tub. Yes, it's a small thing, but it meant a lot. It was greatly appreciated.
