Room was clean

Bed was uncomfortable and hard. Staff were not friendly or professional. Housekeeping staff were loud, rude and blasted loud music while cleaning others rooms while we were still in our room. I opened to door to request that the music be turned down but it was 2 males cleaning and I didn't feel comfortable or safe given they were males and I wasn't sure if they spoke English. (They were loudly speaking Spanish and their music was Spanish). They were aware we were still in our room and within the alloted time prior to check out. Will not be staying at this location again.

I liked the proximity to everything, although on a different exit than the caves we visited, everything was 5-10 minutes away. The kids enjoyed the pool, and I did too, it was actually warm unlike a lot of indoor pools. The staff was so sweet and friendly.

Other people have commented on the windows, they are pretty dirty on the inside and out, the shower curtain also seemed like it could’ve been replaced, but other than that, it was clean and I enjoyed our room and the beds and rest of the room was very nice. I do wish complimentary breakfast had more options for people with dietary restrictions, most of us don’t eat meat or dairy, and I wish there were potatoes on the hot bar.

The property was close to Mammoth Cave Park, and in a quiet area. The rooms and the entire property was new and clean.

The staff were fine, but not overly welcoming.

The hotel appears to be old and outdated. There were patched up holes in the door and split wood frames. The location is off the highway view but you have to drive all the way around to enter the parking lot but the road and the parking lot looks like a construction site so if there wasnt a car pulling out I would have not known thats how to turn into the parking lot.
