"Good location, excellent breakfast, uncomfortable beds"

The breakfast was excellent and access to the pool was lovely for my kids.

The rooms are quite small and the beds very uncomfortable

Shower gel was empty at checkin. Shampoo emptied the next day. Electric curtain was broken. Toilet seat was not secure. Toilet had significant cracks to interior bowl & exterior pedestal.

We didn’t stay at Hampton since you guys messed up our reservations. The people at Spark/Wingate were very friendly and helpful in giving us a room anyway however we feel that it was a definite downgrade from what our accommodation may have been and what we thought we were booked for.
