Hampton Inn Fishkill

Location to our travel was perfect, clean comfortable and staff was very nice, continental breakfast was great.

Not a thing to dislike.

Convenient location for what we were doing in the area. Not too expensive.

Room had a tacky floor, very dusty ac unit with a piece of popcorn in it. An alive cockroach was on one pillow in the morning.

We never had the opportunity to stay here. Upon check in, we were sent down to the Wyngate hotel instead of the Hampton Inn, as we originally chose. It was not a good experience at all. Amenities were seriously lacking.

The sofa bag out of cushions look dirty, and they weren’t an extra blankets because it was cold. The one blanket they had in a plastic look old like it was in there for months.

The hotel was nice but the price was much higher than we needed. We won’t be staying here in the future as we can drive another 2 hours and find a room for 1/2 what was charged.

The toweled we used lay on the floor and were there when we left so I did not leave a tip , usually do , thew were not making up the beds , all others do. , , I travel a lot and this was the worst room makeup up I was ever in

Had a good experience

Carpet in room was not clean. Shower was difficult to keep water inside tub. We had difficulty with the TV for four days before the manager fixed it. One of the staff told us they couldn't do anything about it and to just see if we could change rooms. Overall not pleased.
