Hampton Inn Florence Midtown near University of North Alabama

What an exceptional facility! I was welcomed with warm smiles upon arrival. The decor of my room was truly inspiring. The cleanliness and refreshing aroma of lemon slices invigorated my spirit.

The hotel was clean and had been renovated recently.

The mobility accessible bathroom was not accessible. Although it had grab bars and a handheld showerhead, there was a tub rather than a shower. There was no bench or shower chair, making it inaccessible. We were told that only rooms with a king-size bed have roll-in showers. This is an unfortunate oversight for guests who travel with friends or family. Be aware of the pet policy and the $75 non-refundable deposit.

Very clean, close to restaurant and shopping.

It was a nice room. The area was safe and quiet. The only issues I had was the shampoo bottle they provided for use was empty and the tub stopper would not work for me to take a bath. Staff was excellant!

Everything was so clean and smelled so good! Breakfast was amazing and so accommodating!

Not much honestly, The breakfast was great and Rick was wonderful

the horrible smell of death and rotting flesh from the elderly gentleman in Room 219 that was taken off by ambulance half was through our stay and the manager said he had been there for a month with a amputation that no one was taking care of. We had to change rooms 3 times to try and avoid the smell. I couldn't check out and go to another hotel as my money was tied up there. and was NOT offered a full refund. I was offered some Hilton points. Gee thanks
