Hampton Inn Florence Midtown near University of North Alabama

What is Hilton afraid of? They do not ask for guests’ comments after every stay. Plus, Hilton makes it overly complicated to find and submit the online feedback form. Nachelle at checkin was efficient and friendly. Property appeared tired but clean. Breakfast selection was good. At checkout, I was blatantly ignored! The bald white male behind the counter looked directly at me then turned back around and proceeded to chit chat with a female employee whom I could not see. I waited a bit but he did not attempt to wrap up their chatty conversation so I checked out on the app. There are other hotels in town, so I’ll try those before returning to this location.

Very nice and everyone was so friendly! Loved the coffee in lobby and just the feel of the place.

It was very clean. Nice bed. The staff was very accommodating. My glucose level fell saying the night and the man at the front desk was gracious enough to get me some peanut butter and orange juice to help. He also checked on m to ensure I felt better.

Check in was easy. Staff friendly. Room was not cleaned well. Mold in shower, dirty floors and stained couch.

I loved as soon as you walked in you was greeted with a smile. It was very clean rooms was very nice and clean.

I really didn't have a dislike. Everything was on point.

My only complaint is my wife and I had pre booked and paid for our room a month in advance , and I booked a room with 2 beds .. when I checked into my room they put me in a single bed room . I went down asking to be moved to a room with 2 beds like I had already paid for .. I was told they were fully booked and had no more rooms .. I put this back on bad mgmt ,and because of this issue when my son arrived he could not stay as we had no bed for him .. very upsetting ! Will not use this place again when I stay in Florence for my business meetings you got my money this time , but there will be no next time !
