Breakfast was good !

Could not get the TV to work . 2 remotes and neither would turn tv on. Written instructions would be helpful .

The lighting in the room was abysmal. The smell in the lobby was a chemical fragrance that was quite unpleasant. The staff was wonderful.

One of the elevators went down which is the only reason for one of the 4/5’s. We are repeat visitors. Breakfast was great and staff were all so friendly! And it smells so good.

"Overpriced under accommodating "

Over priced! Paid $268 for a room that was supposed to be accessible. On top of that held an additional $150 deposit at the hotel. Paid an extra charge for accessible room. They couldn’t come up with a shower seat for the accessible room. Said was only hearing accessible. Don’t know who was actually to blame on that! Miscommunication between Hotels.com and the hotel I am assume. Ended up going to Walmart and buying a chair so could take a shower since I have balance issues. I have stayed in much nicer for much less. Definitely won’t stay at this particular Hampton again.

"This was a one night stay, so we didn’t make an issue of our dirty room, but we wouldn’t stay here again."

The staff were exceptionally nice. Especially Conner. The lobby was clean and inviting. The breakfast was good too.

The one working elevator had a terrible smell. It smelled like a dirty gas station bathroom every time we got into it. Our room was not clean. There was hair all over bathroom floor and a dirty ring around the tub. My daughter found hair in her bed and on her pillows.
