Had a room for a wedding in town, along with several other people. The elevator was broken all weekend. The rooms were mediocre at best with things broken inside and some rooms having the stench of stale cigarettes.

"Nice hotel"

Nice hotel and better than average breakfast. Easy on/off from 80/90. However, the elevator was broken, and our room was on the third floor.

The stay was great. The bed was comfortable. Shower was very good. Breakfast was great. Got a third floor room with a handicapped kid with no elevator.

Overall we’re happy with the hotel. The breakfast was good for the 3 nights we stayed. Also evening cookies are nice. The room was clean. Only issue was broken elevator 🙁.

"Satisfactory experience."

Lower end of the Hampton Inns but still nice. The elevator was out but we had called ahead to make sure we got a first floor room, and that is what we got when we checked in. Breakfast was complimentary, but a little light on food choices. Overall a satisfactory stay.

Very clean, recent updates to guest rooms were nice. Elevator out of order was disappointing. At check when I wanted to apply my Hilton Honors number, the staff refused to assist. Breakfast was hot and delicious each morning. Great coffee available in lobby and yummy cookies available in evenings. Clean and quiet. Was a very pleasant stay. Would stay here again.

A very loud, droning mechanical noise began at around 3:30 in the morning and wouldn't stop. No other rooms were available to move to and staff couldn't figure out what the sound was or where it was coming from so they couldn't fix it. Paying for a room that can't be slept in when you're exhausted after a road trip is a cruel joke.

"Wet paint and no elevator"

Attendant spoke very broken English. Had to ask him to repeat himself multiple times. He was pleasant. 3rd floor room, elevator out. Came into a warm humid room with wet paint on the bathroom handle. No signage, just got paint all over my hand when I went to the restroom. Ice machine not working on our floor.
