Hampton Inn Jefferson City at Capital Mall

Had trouble with my reservation due to third-party failure. Staff was very helpful in getting me a room, just a little pricey .

It was in a good location - easy access to everywhere we were going in Jefferson City. There was plenty of parking. The staff was friendly. We were on the top floor and it was very quiet. The bed was comfortable. We liked that the bathroom had large shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion instead of travel size bottles. The breakfast was good. We will be staying here again when we return to Jefferson City this summer. The only thing we disliked is that the room price has gone up.

Easy check in and friendly staff. The room was clean, quiet, cool, and comfortable. We enjoyed the full breakfast the next morning which had a variety of hot and cold food. Check out went quickly with no problems. I would stay there again.

Unfortunately, the last night of my stay the elevator broke down and was out of service. I had to walk up/down 4 floors to access my room. Which also made check out a bit inconvenient with all my luggage.

Location was pretty good. Arrived at property and was told the elevators were not working. My in-laws cannot climb stairs and were charged extra for an “upgraded” room on the ground floor. They should not have been charged as it wasn’t their fault that the elevator was out of order. Never got a call ahead of time so we could change locations. Breakfast was sub par and room was not cleaned well. The bathroom vanity had facial hair from prior guests… yuck!
