Pretty basic, a little run down. Breakfast was great.

Breakfast wasn't the best I've had but certainly adequate. Staff was excellent: friendly and helpful.

A microwave in the room would have been nice. I drink my coffee very slowly and it gets cold!

We actually didn't stay there as we originally set up the reservation for 2 night and when we got there we only needed one night, we were told at the front desk that they can not change the reservation due to it was from a 3rd party. I know for a fact that this is wrong as I myself work in the hotel industry, and as long as a reservation that is not paid for online but still is booked through a 3rd party company can be changed and modified by the hotel itself

Haley and Annie were at the front desk and provided excellent customer service and we very friendly.

The property was clean and bathrooms appeared to be fairly new.

Bad plumbing for toilets. We had to move rooms. Then when our daughter’s family came the toilet plumbing was bad I their room, too.

Room was very clean and spacious.

Everything was great. It would be nice to have the mini-fridge and microwave though since most people are traveling and eating out and possibly having left overs.
