Hampton Inn Jefferson City at Capital Mall

The internet didn’t work. I was told I could go next door and use the internet at the Comfort Inn. Then I went to put some leftover pizza in the refrigerator and there was no fridge. The ladies at the front desk told me that the owners were advised by corporate that they only needed to have refrigerators in the King Study rooms. So they removed working refrigerators from every other room. I have no idea what they did with them. I’m moving tomorrow. This four night stay is now a one night stay.

Great location for our trip. Good shopping nearby. Staff was outstanding. Annika was super helpful and friendly upon our arrival.

Air conditioner in our room wasn't working well. Very humid. Otherwise would have been perfect.

Very nice property, Staff and cleanliness... I thought I was booking the hotel off the I-70 but it ended up being 30 miles south, it was scary driving the highway at 12;30 at night after driving 10 hours but happy we were able to sleep comfortably.

Rooms clean. Hotel clean. Easy to get to using “maps”.

Breakfast pretty subpar, Hampton inn used to have decent but no longer. Before arrival we were told we had digital key which we desire, but upon arrival had to check in and get hard keys, what’s going on? No microwave or refrigerator in room, what’s going on?

It was pleasant and comfortable. Not sure why we were charged $20 extra besides the amount paid for the room. The equipment in the exercise room was not working on June 8th. An employee was able to start the treadmill for me. I took a brief break to use the bathroom and was unable to get the treadmill going again. I gave up on using the exercise equipment

For our first trip to Missouri, it wasn’t a hateful stay. The rooms were a bit outdated with no fridge or microwave & there was hair in the bathroom & on the couch. The location was within short driving distance to many restaurants which we appreciated. The free breakfast was also a nice bonus for us.

The morning front desk staff is incompetent. As a business traveler I rely on hotel services to do my job. One being dry cleaning - which the hotel offers. Amanda lied to management and to me when she made a mistake. As a Diamond member I do not appreciate the lies. The hotel is average at best in every other way. Not fit for business travelers. Will be staying at Marriott next trip to town
