Great location, close to a project i was working on

Newly renovated room and floor. Very clean no odors quiet. Great free hot breakfast eggs sausage waffles etc. staff awesome parking well lit. Very large flat panel TV. Shampoo body wash dispensers in tub shower. Actual door on bathroom toilet area for privacy.

The breakfast was ok. The room was ok and the hotel is in a great location.

The whole hotel seemed to be in a remodeling and renovation stage. Floors were dirty, elevators half open to the ceiling and dirty floors everywhere. Workers were hammering and banging around at check in time and we were assured they would be stopping soon. Luckily that was the case. On our way out the next morning I asked for a receipt to be emailed to my stated email and the lady said sure but it's been a few days and I've received nothing. Checked my credit card and it shows a pending charge $50 more than I was expecting. Not much of a hotel room for $210 a night. Won't stay there again.

I checked in after 8 p.m., and I was greeted warmly at the desk. However, when I got to my room, the thermostat didn't work, as it needed a battery replaced. When I called down to the front desk, I was told that nobody was there who could replace the battery. When I asked about moving to another room, I was told there weren't any (though there were two other Hilton hotels within five minutes). Thus, I had to spend the evening without any heating or air conditioning. I also discovered the window blind didn't work and neither did one of the lamps. Given my previous conversation, I didn't bother calling again. I filled out a survey about my experience, but haven't heard anything from the hotel. I won't be staying there again.

The bathroom was not clean. There was hair on surfaces ect. The staff doesn’t make an effort to clean the room daily. My room was straightened up once the whole time I was there. Other than that the hostess was friendly and helpful. Over all it’s not a bad stay just wish there was a little more attention to detail. Especially when paying $700 for a stay .

Breakfast was clean and great - best part of stay. And the front desk girls were also very nice!

I paid extra for a whirlpool tub and it was new in 1990 but 30 years later it should not be an up charge. Disappointed in that. Bathroom had zero exhaust and made everything wet. Would not stay there again given that.
