Hampton Inn Houma

The room was clean. The beds were super comfortable and clean. However, you can hear everything going on in the hallway and the room next door. I kept waking up from people talking in the halls.

Quiet and clean, and the front desk clerk was super nice, she gave us restaurant options and just very friendly. Wish I had gotten her name. Houma seems like a great small town,and we enjoyed our one night stay. Even though they had a hurricane a couple years ago, the restaurant and hotel row seems to all be very new. We were impressed!

This is absolutely the worst Hampton Inn I have ever stayed in. The floors are filthy. We checked in at 5:00 and the breakfast room floor was filthy! The rooms are not cleaned to meet Hilton standards. Even if this hotel was damaged in 2021, the issues should have been resolved or guest should be warned. Not worth 144.00 plus tax a night!

My first room smelled heavily of dogs. I switched rooms for my 2nd night. The tub wouldn’t drain properly in that room. Location is great and the staff was very nice. The hotel needed updating.

Unfortunately the hotel suffered severe hurricane damage. The rooms smell moldy, there is still mold remediation equipment in the hallways, roof is still tarped, pool unusable, hot water is luke warm at best, bathtub on top floor doesn’t drain, dead flies in room. I’m a loyal diamond Hilton customer and this hotel is by far the worst I’ve stayed in in my life- pics I took tell the story. This hotel is so bad I’m not sure I will continue to be loyal to Hilton brands.
