"Staff that works hard to make your stay great"

I booked this room for a dog show that I was attending in Gray, TN. It was me, my show buddy and her granddaughter. When I arrived at the hotel I was greeted by the daytime manager, Jacque Carver. Once checked in I went upstairs and realized that I had booked the wrong type of room. It took some doing but Jacque got us into a room that worked well for all 3 of us and our dogs. To say she went above and beyond is an understatement. The hotel itself is nice, clean and quiet. There is quite a bit of greenspace for your dogs at the front entrance and all the staff seem to be pet friendly as well, not like some places where they seem afraid or bothered. I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel, as did my friend and her granddaughter. If you're traveling through the area and want a quiet, clean hotel with great staff and a nice hot breakfast I can't recommend this hotel enough.

Quiet location, just far enough from highways to not hear traffic all night. Newly planted flowerbeds. Outside trash container always empty.
