El lugar es bonito, limpio y ordenado, lo mejor de todo fue la atención de doña Sara, nos recibió muy bien, nos dió consejos y nos ayudó con todo, si vuelvo a minca iría allá mismo sin dudarlo.

Great location in town, although it can be a bit loud during the evening as due to its proximity to other hostels and restaurants in town. Facility was clean and organized.

Prior to arriving, the hostel message me about when I would arrive. I arrived at the time I said I would and there were no staff to check me in. I had to wait about an hour or so in the lobby until a staff member arrived. Secondly, when I checked in I was lead into a dormitory where there was a mother with two small children staying, toys and clothes everywhere, and I did not feel comfortable sleeping in a small 4-bed dormitory with two small children. It would have been nice to know about this arrangement before hand, and also to know that children stay at the hostel. I ended up upgrading to a private room, but the mother and her children were extremely loud, and this made the stay less enjoyable.

Excellent location! Breakfast was delicious and Diego was very kind.

Lack of communication at the beginning. Didn’t know breakfast was only at 9:30am at a restaurant down the street. Water went as well and there’s no staff on site. Once we got Diego’s number everything was fine!
