at night could hear traffic all night. they were unable to accommodate me with equivalent room. Workout room was equipped with very little equipment. otherwise, it was clean and staff were very polite

Nice, clean property with super comfy beds. Neyda at front desk was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is within walking distance of Mountain View Hospital. Perfect for our needs. The only drawback is traffic noise from freeway behind the hotel but fan on AC drowned it out

I was not able to go to Las Vegas because my husband got very sick & had to cancel this vacation. I had another booking with this hotel at a later date which I had to cancel for the same reason & the hotel allowed me to cancel for free. Thank you very much for your compassion & understanding.
