This is a new hotel which has been recently refurbished so everything is modern and in a good condition. The location is excellent, in close walking distance to the mariner and the main historical sites. The customer service in the hotel was also excellent. I would also recommend the Pasta restaurant opposite the hotel.
Efficient and friendly staff is the best feature. Noisy bars and restaurants in the neighborhood are a minus...
A tastefully modernised small hotel, very nice decor, extremely clean with very friendly and helpful staff. A good location for the old town and only a short bus ride to other parts of the city. A special mention to Alessandra, Theresa ( who makes great cakes) and the blond haired lady at reception :)
The friendliest people you could hope to meet in a spotlessly clean new hotel in a great location. No frills but a comfortable bed air con and even a separate little sitting room, this room and the bedroom both with balconies. You are just off the harbour and have very good restaurants next door.
