BT Live Tulum located at the party zone

Hotel location right next to beach was excellent. The staff was great. Paco was very helpful before, during and after our stay (one of our party forgot something in her room and he was helpful in making sure it gets delivered back to her. The only bad part of the trip would be the loose carps that were put on the roof to avoid rain from coming into the room. The wind was strong which kept making the tarps make a lot of noise all night and not letting us sleep. We also had no hair dryer or safe in our room #10.

Located by the top restaurants on beach road. Beautiful beach!!! Great rooms and excellent service by the entire staff. Would 100% recommend.

Drinks were a little pricey but our fault for not asking in the first place. Expect $300mxn per basic cocktail. Adds up quick when chillin in the wonderful cabanas and soaking up the sun all day!

Excellent stay… we found 2 turtle nest inside the hotel, parking available for free staff is friendly and we did not had many people so was an amazing experience…

Great place to stay and enjoy the beach and restaurants nearby

Property was beach front, which is great. The breakfast included was great and they had plenty of additional options. We had the best room in the house that included a wonderful front porch. However, our bed was so hard and uncomfortable. Our AC was also not working properly which lead to some uncomfortable nigjts. Service staff was great. Very easy to walk to great restaurants.

The beach was amazing. The rooms were right on the beach. The person at the reception was very helpful getting us the best deal.

There were music from the neighbour hotel til around 10pm.

Location was great and staff amazing. View from our room breathtaking. Room was average, thought the window type air conditioner felt cool it also made you feel damp all night. Beds are small for 2. Toilet and sink leaked. Beware of slippery floor when wet. Local business nice but done do try to take advantage of you. Wish I would've stayed on my beach more to really enjoy what I already paid for Overall yes I would stay here again mostly because of the view and staff.

This truly was a nightmare! In a 6 night stay we were in 4 different rooms. We were in the oceanfront room with a palapa roof. 1st and 2nd nights no A/C. New A/C unit was installed. While sleeping, the unit came off the wall crashing down, knocking down the fridge and breaking a table.It sounded like lightning had struck. Another night we had a storm. It was as if there was no roof. Water came in from every spot in the roof. I would like to emphasize that all staff was courteous and did everything management would allow them to. The problem here was the ownership just did not care. The rooms are kept in horrible condition with many repairs needed. Paco and staff did what they could with what they had to work with. Ownership's solution was to comp us 2 days in the future to return to this place. NO thanks. Please be warned if you stay here, you may be writing a review just like me. Tulum is a great place to visit, but believe me. Hotel BT Live Tulum is not.

Location, breakfast, free parking and rustic ambiance. Simple, but enough for me.

I loved my stay. I would stay there again!!
