The breakfast and Location was satisfactory.

I requested to change room because the door to the first room that I was assigned would not close securely or lock. Noisy at night.

Pool was closed

Breakfast was good and we'll maintained.

Pool was closed but webpage said open. Disappointing but not enough to move.

Appalling hotel. In an extremely poor condition, peeling wallpaper which was stapled back to the wall everywhere on level 2. General cleanliness standard far below acceptable, dusty,cobwebs, dirty splashes on walls. Pool not operational and looked like it hadn’t been opened up at all this year although it was May and the outside temperature was 89f. Guest computer not working either. Our room (209) had mould on the ceiling. Also very overpriced for this standard of hotel.

This hotel is in abysmal condition, though they are currently renovating it. Nowhere near Hampton brand standards. Peeling wallpaper, dinged up furniture, ants everywhere, fire alarm went off this morning. Not recommended. There was hot water. HVAC works. Should’ve been renovated 5-10 years ago. Not recommended.

Hotel is under renovation. Third floor is completely closed, workers start beating and banging at 7 am. 2nd floor is a wreck. Wallpaper is falling off. Light fixtures hanging by wires. Note to hotels and restaurants: if and when you remodel, just go ahead and close completely, do the job, then reopen. You’ll lose less business in the end.

Would never recommend this property. Take your hard earned money elsewhere! The bathroom was not clean, urine still on the toilet from previous guests. Outlets and wires are lying on the floor. Employee parked in Hilton honors spots reserved guest, so close we could barely have access to our car. We were not informed that the pool was closed. Hotel not Hilton quality nor was staff available at any time during our stay at the front desk. Poorly managed property. One time, there was a person at the desk, and she was unfriendly and rude. Wallpaper stapled to the walls. Baseboards are extremely dirty. Left letter for management, and there was no follow-up what so ever. They clearly do not care about their customers nor the property. Surprised Hilton allows such a property to carry their name! Hilton just lost their credibility with our stay at this property. Unfortunately, we had several family members staying, and not one of our rooms were even satisfactory.

Nothing. Horrible experience.

I made a reservation online, received a confirmation number, and when I went to check in I was informed that there were no rooms. I had to travel to another town 30 miles away to find another hotel. Unacceptable and a horrible experience.

The breakfast was good. Our only complaint is that the website says they have a hot tub. They do not. Other than false advertising, it was a decent, average stay.
