This is a wonderful place to stay. It’s right in the middle of old town St George. We will definitely be staying here whenever we come to St. George.

The room isn’t update

Our favorite place in St George to stay!! The restaurant in the Lobby is our favorite too!!

Location in town is great. Lots of places to walk to. The lobby smells amazing and is gorgeous. The restaurant is outstanding. Get the gnocchi. The room was spacious, attractive, and comfy.

Accalia at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful during the check in. I couldn’t have asked for a warmer reception. When I got into my room Angie R had it all prepped and ready to go. I will be staying here again in the near future. Everything is perfect.

I stayed at the Autograph Collection hotel in St. George this past weekend and left feeling extremely disappointed—not just by the poor service, but by how the General Manager chose to handle it afterward. I left the room at 8:30 AM and asked for housekeeping to clean it that morning so I could return mid-day and rest between my daughter’s competition events. I came back at 11:00 AM and the room was still untouched. I didn’t complain. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and assumed it would be done later. After a long, dusty day at the barn and dinner out, I returned at 7:00 PM to find the room had still not been cleaned. The “make-good”? A breakfast credit and $70 off some incidental charges. Nothing more was offered, and there was no proactive effort to truly recover the guest experience. I even followed up after my stay and personally emailed the General Manager, Andrew Carey, hoping for a thoughtful resolution. He responded with a generic apology and defended their minor credits as “appropriate.” What struck me most was his line: “We would truly value the opportunity to welcome you back and demonstrate the elevated level of care and hospitality that our Autograph Collection property is known for.” And yet, nothing was done to make THIS experience right so that I’d actually WANT to return. This is Marriott’s highest-tier brand, and yet there was no real accountability, no elevated service, and no genuine effort to turn a poor experience into a positive one. A luxury name doesn’t mean anything if the care and hospitality aren’t there to back it up.

The Advenire is one of my favorite Autograph Collection Hotels. The rooms are great (and all unique). The restaurant is fantastic as well. I give Emily Director of Sales a huge thank you for going above and beyond in making the Advenire a 10 / 10

Dog friendly, good location. Accommodating, friendly staff.

It’s no Kimpton. Though billed as a “Boutique” hotel, it lacked a luxe bed & bedding as well as curated touches that make for a great, unique & memorable stay. It felt more like a La Quinta or other pedestrian chain hotel.
