What a great little spot on the corner. Pay attention to where you're going, signage is difficult to see at night. My room was so comfortable. The decor was extremely unique. We have never tasted better biscuits. Kudos to the biscuit chef. Great appetizers and a fantastic breakfast menu great friendly service Tuesday morning. The bartender Monday night was exceptional. Dark hair with a ponytail. He should be a concierge. He knew a little bit about everything . So knowledgeable and friendly we even asked him about Dixie and the D on the mountain. what wonderful story. For those that don't live in Utah, prices for the drinks should be printed in bold . . $27 .50 for an old fashioned ,as perfect as it was , was a shocker . Also ,be prepared for a very strong pine scent all around the hotel with extremely bright cool white lights everywhere .... as cute as they were, not welcoming . you don't want to sit in the lounge under bright white light. All lights should be changed out to soft white. :) what a wonderful thing to have complementary coffee in the morning . Late night ladies said maybe it would be there by 6:30 so I came down at 6:50 to pour myself a half a cup went back for half a cup more at 7:01 and it was gone. :) 530 to 7 o'clock are the hours . however , not posted anywhere. The jacuzzi on the fourth floor is wonderful. There is no pool. Ssand are two televisions not facing the spa in little alcoves that are very bright with light. It would be so nice if the television-faced the Spa.. This was a wonderful hotel. I was given this card to do a review and told that it was going just to the hotel. I decided to continue with it anyway. Do not hesitate to stay here. Everyone is friendly and most importantly therooms are clean, bathrooms big and the beds and pillows are comfortable.:) great robes also .. enjoy !! Bring sunglasses for the lobby ! lol

I had high hopes for this hotel based on its reviews, but my experience with the staff—particularly the manager, Amanda—was beyond unprofessional. From the moment I called to discuss my reservation, Amanda was rude and dismissive. I’ve never dealt with someone in hospitality who seemed to care so little about resolving issues or even providing basic customer service. Her attitude made the whole experience feel uncomfortable and frustrating. At a place that’s supposed to offer a welcoming environment, Amanda did the exact opposite. If this is how they treat their guests, I would highly recommend looking elsewhere. There are plenty of other hotels that understand the importance of good service—this is clearly not one of them.

The staff was amazing and made everything so easy. We usually dine once at a hotel restaurant but the food and service was so good, we went back the next night as well! Downtown area is very walkable and allowed parking overnight with no charge. Needless to say the town is very safe. I highly recommend this hotel and town.

We loved this hotel in St. George. Finally something new and different then all the rundown chain hotels. The lobby fragrance was too strong, but other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

We loved this hotel! It was very clean and nice. We stayed for our honeymoon, and we will definitely be back! My only complaint was the AC unit was VERY loud when turned on!

At first glance online the hotel looks quite luxurious but the moment we pulled up to the front doors it started to not. There is ZERO parking. You have to either pay $18 a day for a valet service or walk a block to a local parking garage that is shared by all the small businesses on that street. Then when we got in the room I could immediately hear this humming noise that I could feel in the ears. The AC units are behind this huge metal panel right next to the bed and it hums and rattles the entire time the air is on. The bed frame is made of aluminum which means it makes a noise any time you move on the bed. Also the walls must be very thin because the room next to us started watching some Korean drama at 11 o clock that night and we could hear every word. The bathroom had trash hidden behind the door on the floor which makes me think housekeeping does a glance and that’s about it. And our sink had a weird smell. The closet door wasn’t on its hinge which made it near impossible to open, and the door hiding the mini fridge needed some WD40 pretty bad, it was like waking the dead. In short I think this hotel spent a lot of money to advertise luxury but they are now cutting corners to save. The stay was just ok.

Beautiful quaint hotel situated in an area where everything is walking distance. The hotel is clean and beautifully decorated, I will stay here again! Thank you Hotels.com for the recommendation.
