The room was neat

We made a reservation 6 months in advance and the day before our arrival we got a message that the appartment we booked wasn't available so we got a smaller one instead with an air mattress because it was a 2 person room instead of the 3 person one we booked. There was not enough space to be comfortable for 3 persons. The air mattress let some air out so you woke up on the ground. When I tried to contact the company I didn't get an answer through mail. You can also install an app for communication purposes so I tried that but I couldn't reach anyone or they would respond a couple of hours later. So this was not a good experience for us.

Apartment was clean, quiet area and had the biggest and comfiest bed!

The only light we found working in the lounge room was the standing lampshade so it was kind of hard packing our luggage in that room. If we wanted more light, we would’ve had to open up the blinds but then people could see in. We also tried to do early checkin but the Sonder app wouldn’t let us and the code to get into the complex wasn’t working. When we did finally get into the complex, the code to our apartment wasn’t working either. It took approximately 2 hours or so to get into our room. When we called support, the staff were somewhat helpful but lacked urgency, I don’t think they understood that we were stuck outside in the Nashville heat for 2+ hours with codes that did not work.

The property has everything we needed. Bed was comfortable, kitchen was handy.

There is no staff on site. Everything is done through the app. We waited over an hour for a response when we needed help so it’s not very fast. The communal courtyard was loud at night with other visitors staying up late talking.

The location and the cleanliness

Not enough light

Affordable compared to other options, was clean, good kitchen facilities and a comfy bed.

There was no over head light in the main living room or the bedroom. Seems like a basic necessity that was missed.

Excellent location., kitchen well equipped. Full size fridge included. Well decorated and maintained. Staff maintaining rooms were pleasant and filled any requests we had. Lovely area to sit out in the evenings.

Not a dislike but only thing that would have improved our stay was having communal available washing facilities as we had a long trip and needed washing facilities.
