Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of USD 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID. Guests will receive check in details from property management three days prior to arrival. sheet bed was nice and clean

the pictures that are on line with this property do not reflect how the property look like when you got in to it. NO place around to got a coffee or do some light shopping. Not easy to find the property during a night. it should be lighted the property number and the grass wall is not visible during a night.

"Nice apartment with parking."

A comfortable but pretty small studio apartment. Walkable into downtown in about 25 mins. Kitchen area was great with a good amount of glasses, cutlery etc. Comfortable bed. Very quiet. Parking was a great bonus. Very small bathroom with few surfaces to put your stuff in there or anywhere else. A few hooks would be useful for towels, coats etc on backs of doors. Overall would recommend.

I loved how cozy the place felt. It wast first time traveling alone and the place felt very safe. I was 10 minutes from everything. The place was clean and comfy !

"Great place to stay to head to the Broadway."

This was a great place for us to stay, we wanted somewhere close to town so we didn't have to drive around as parking is expensive. We managed to get parked very well and didn't leave the car for the two days we were there. The walk was only 20 to 25 minutes to the main part of Broadway. The was noise from people walking about upstairs, but that didn't effect us. The apartment was clean and had everything you need for a self catering place. Good location to restaurants and grocery shopping..
