Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of USD 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID. Guests will receive check in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note, the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. There are no laundry facilities. There is no cable. We have provided an HDMI cord for streaming. "Clean apartment with good value for the money"

Fast Wi-Fi. Great kitchen with everything you needed. Large refridgerator. Comfortable bed. The shower was good. The location is okey. It´s 20-30 min walking distance to Broadway. Okey walking during the day between the hotel and broadway. We took a cab back when it was dark. It was 20 $ and easy to get. Free parking in front of the building if you get a spot. Good value for your money and also with a Mc´donalds and a foodstore 20 min walking distance from the hotel towards Broadway.

The location is okey. We thought it was a boring walk many times a day. We were lucky to get a parking for free outside the hotel. More free parking spots would be the thing to give feedback on. You could here people talking in the rooms. We were lucky it was not high season.

Great little apartment.. Private and unique. Quiet but able to walk to lower broadway. Scooters avaialble right outside as well. Clean. Love the easy check in process. Only minor complaint is that I had to carry my luggage up the small flight of stairs. ALso, the living room rug could use a freshen up- it was kind of old looking. Bed was great, kitchen perfect. Central air worked good. Very clean.

"Good value stay outside Nashville downtown."

Liked the Sonder app idea & felt very secure in a quiet location. 15 min walk to The Gulch area or a short Uber trip to Lower Broadway.

Very limited parking & hotel is an area where you probably need to drive or get Ubers. Air-con wasn't the greatest.

"NO TV IN BEDROOM"

Overall i really like the location, property, and unit. The courtyard area was really cool. BUT....no TV in the bedroom is CRAAAZZYYYY. Barely any storage anywhere in the unit. Very minimal bathroom counter space.

"Lovely room and great location but if you value sleep don’t stay here."

Quieter area of town, free parking, nice room and in room facilities were good. Felt safe and secure. No staff on site 24/7 but we made a complaint and it was handled amazingly well.

Any room on the lower floor will receive a lot of noise from the rooms above. Thin walls and due to staff not being on site 24/7 unfortunately other guests take advantage of this and disturb everyone else.
