Awful breakfast ! Bored and not interested staff

Not much great to say about this hotel, but if any then parking right outside, a good shower and ok beds.

"Reception" staff very uninterested in customers. Could hardly be bothered to engage with us. No heating in room (was minus degrees outside so we were freezing). Breakfast staff not interested in customers either and breakfast looking so uninspiring that we decided to go elsewhere. Will never stay here again.

Tried to call the hotel several hours before arrival to inform that we were going to be a few hours late, but no one answered (tried to call several times). Upon arrival, the reception was closed and we spent several minutes to figure out that the gas station served as the reception. Booked the hotel via Booking.com and pre-paid. 2 days before arrival. When I came to the hotel they said the hotel room wasn't paid and I was forced to pay again even though I showed them the receipt and credit card transaction from Booking.com. When we finally got the key to the hotel room, the room wasn't cleaned so I had to go to the gas station and demand another room, which I got. The bathroom wasn't cleaned properly and there were old pee stains around the toilet. Beds were small and uncomfy. The only positive experience was that the hotel was next to an Ionity charger for electric cars.
