Centurion Hakone Bettei

The rooms are beautiful they're huge with a beautiful view. Giant beds and a leg massage machine in the room. The meals are out of this world. We ate 6 different meals all delicious. You sit in a Private room and they serve the most amazing and lavish meals of my life. The staff is also so nice and welcoming.

My only very small complain is the wifi Wich each a Little slow ans the onsen are very cool but I was expecting a little more beautiful design.

Wonderful onsen hotel in the mountains near Hakone. Staff was very friendly, with impressive English language skills. We loved both the private open-air bath on our balcony and our time in the larger private open-air bath. Dinner and breakfast were spectacular, with excellent drink choices. Our room was comfortable and spacious.

The hotel is almost perfect. If I had to choose one thing I didn't like, it was that trees blocked our view of the surrounding mountains.

Everything is wow, a truly amazing experience! From the size of the bedrooms which is huge to the amenities inside which included a foot massaging chair, perfect to relax after exploring big cities and walking so much every day, to the view from the window into the forest, to the comfort of the balcony with the small private onsen bath, it's a complete relaxing luxury of a stay! The staff is impressively reactive and helpful for everything you need, and the private onsens available for reservations are also perfect. The free shuttle is also a big plus that I recommend to use when you arrive as there is a very steep road on the way to the place. And finally the restaurant offers an amazing dinner and breakfast experience with high quality food with variations, the small bites at the beginning are delicious and not something you see everywhere.

Værelserne var helt vidunderlige. Fedt med kar på altanen.
