Good breakfast and easy access to Dow Gardens. Bed was comfortable.

Elevator not near stairwell and stairwells not easily marked. Hot tub not very hot.

I chose the Hampton Inn because it was close to the family I was there to visit. I like the ease of check in and having an exterior door close to our first floor room. The funniest thing was having my first name appear as a sort of screen saver on the TV in our room.

We had a handicapped room and the toilet was pretty low. The beds were okay, but I'd have preferred one a bit softer. I didn't like having to go to the lobby area to use a microwave. And it would have been nice if there had been another way out of their parking lot because Eastman road is very busy.

Very clean - beds were comfy - rooms were modern and comfortable. Pool amenities were nice - we were in town for a softball tournament and the parents visited and lounged in the patio area outside of the pool - wish there was shade or a canopy for out there - got really hot but the sun was nice too!
