Breakfast spread was exceptional! Personal welcome on TV was nice touch. Staff was helpful and pleasant.

The cabinet that held the refrigerator vibrated badly when I walked across the floor and sounded like a bang every time I took a step. I think a simple stick-on cushion will do the trick!

Clean and comfortable room

Hot tub not working. No linen or towel service provided. Went down to front desk to get clean towels and front person seemed grumpy about providing it and said that they only provide linen service every other day nowhere was that advertised.

Good breakfast selection. Hot showers.

Pool was cold, beds were uncomfortable. Hot tub wasn’t working although they did offer refund before checking in.

Room was nice as well as the bathroom set up. Breakfast good.

Only negative was the curtain/drape. The rod did not allow for full closure. Only thing we didn't like. Everything else great.
