Good property, clean and comfortable. I must commend LaDonta. She checked me in and was very helpful, even saying that if I could not find a parking space to let her know, and she would move her car to accommodate mine.

The front service was EXCELLENT. Professional, respectful, and helpful are a few examples. The room was decent. Clean. Felt a bit dated for me. The one thing I didn't like was there was some type of beetle like big on the bed when i moved the pillows. Another big positive for me was that they allow pets.

Tory( I believe was his name) was very kind and patient while checking us in. Stated it had been a very challenging evening with the internet going down and some disruptive guests. He said the 3rd and 4th floors had a lot of noise due to sports teams staying there. But he assured us we were in an area that was very quiet. He was right, we were not disturbed all night. The hotel cannot control who books rooms or their behavior they might bring. The hotel is dated and could use some updating to meet the Hilton Standard

1 night family stay with kids - check in staff took a while to come to the counter, but was polite and quickly switched us rooms when our first bathroom toilet wouldn’t flush/chain broken. Rooms are outdated, tv not updated (no Netflix etc option), pool was ok, hot-tub was like a warm bath and dirty. Plus side - Beds were comfy and air conditioner worked great.

Very good structured building. I say that because of a very strong wind and rain storm hit the area. 60+ mph winds. We did not feel any effects of the storm in our room.

Door #402 has a loose door that cannot be closed fully. Asked staff to have it fixed but failed. It was on Saturday August 9. Came back to the room later and found the door not fixed. Also toilet seat is very loose too.
