Hot tub wasn’t really hot. Dude up front said they had “no towels anywhere”. One elevator worked , kinda. Reasonable for the price

We were on the first floor and possibly in a room that gets used often.The mattress probably should be replaced and the bathroom needs repairs. The wallpaper is coming off behind the toilet, the door got stuck on the uneven floor so it could not open all the way. The carpet in the hallway was dirty. Breakfast was not that exciting. Not sure what the breakfast meat was they offered. I thought a Hampton Inn would be a little better accommodations.

The honors app was not functioning at 100%.

The person in the breakfast room did a terrific job keeping food stocked and the area clean

It was a normal hotel with wear and tear. Needs a little updating in the rooms but an ok option.

I like the area. This is my 6th or 7th year to come celebrate my Grandpa's birthday with this being his 100th. The breakfast is always good and the rooms are typically always clean. Most of the staff is very friendly. It's pet friendly. I always pick this one hotel because even though the first year was rocky they continually improve.

My biggest concern is safety. This is the first year that I've experienced not feeling safe in a hotel. With everything that's going on in this world you can never be too careful when traveling with young children. This year a friend of the new hotel owner roamed the halls all hours. Particularly one morning on my hall for almost 4 hours even though he was not staying on it which caused my son's dog to bark. I let the front desk know of my uneasy feeling and they said they had several complaints. Because the grown man are friends of the new hotel owner nothing was done about the situation. Even though one day he was directly standing in front of my door facing it. All the other hotels were booked up in the area between competitions so we had no choice but to continue to stay there luckily we had my son's dog with us but alerted us anytime he was near. I apologize to my 10 family members that I recommended it to book rooms there. The other gentleman that made me feel uneasy said he was blessing our rooms. But I did not see him again after he blessed our room. In this day and time you can never be too safe especially with young children and all the trafficking that's going on in the world. I'm not a negative Nancy. I'm just a mom wanting to keep my kids safe. And when you pay almost $2,000 to stay in a hotel you should feel safe.
