Hampton Inn Mount Vernon

Clean and comfortable although no freezer section in the refrigerator which is inconvenient when travelling on a long journey as we couldn't refreeze ice packs overnight. Nice quiet room and breakfast had good selections of hot and cold foods. Great bar and grill within walking distance across from the car park. Entrance a bit hidden on arrival but we found it at second attempt. Easy registration, very efficient and polite young man on reception.

Just an overnight on way to visit family. Hotel not to far off internet state. Several gas stations and restaurants near by. Hotel was well keep. Room was very nice. The morning breakfast was not that good. But most at hotels these days are not what they use to be. Check-in was fast and staff was friendly. I would stay here again.

We are a group of three couples that meet yearly at the Hampton located in Mt. Vernon. We have never been disappointed with the accommodations or the service. Thanks for a great stay. See you next year.

There was no hot water in the room from checkin to checkout.

An older hotel, clean, quiet. We chose a larger room, King with study, so space wasn't an issue. Friendly service even though not all staff wear masks (we wore ours). This hotel is ready for a rennovation.

Our stay was good the hotel was very clean, the breakfast was great. The staff members were very friendly. One problem, I put a request in when booking the room for a microwave and fridge in the room. Of course that did not happen. Management was very apologetic. When traveling with babies and children these accessories in a room are very much needed. Out stay overall was good and yes we will book there again.

The hotel itself was wonderful…clean, nice accommodations, close to restaurants, and friendly front desk. I want to compliment Devon on the front desk in being unflappable, having good humor, and friendly despite phone calls, computer glitches and people standing in front of him. It was only his 2nd day. The only dig I have is they didn’t have our room ready despite it being after check in times.
