The location and staff was awesome! We had 👉🏼Quick👈🏼 access to many places. Our original destination was Memphis.

The vent in the bathroom was full of dust and needed cleaning (I did some) also maybe the air conditioner 🤔 (Allergies) I mentioned it to the cleaning staff so maybe maintenance will handle it.

It was convenient for our stay.

They don’t answer their phones, I left an item in my room and called several times before I ever got a person. I usually got the voicemail and it was FULL so you couldn’t leave a message. The one time I finally got through, I asked about an item that I had left in my room to see if they had found it after we checked out (earrings that had lots of sentimental value) and I was told to call back when housekeeping was there and they hung up. I did try calling back but was met with the same voicemail challenges. So frustrating!
