"Nice hotel with great location"

The location was good for our needs. We liked the pool although the pool roo was cold therefore it was freezing when gettig out of the warm water. Breakfast was good and nice that it changed daily.

The shower handle was stuck and we had to get the manager to fix it. He was very friendly and helpful but it was still annoying. Also, the sink faucet was poorly designed to where it was at the very edge of the sink. Every time we washed our hands, water would spill onto the counter. Housecleaning never came by. We were there 3 days - not once.

I stayed at the hotel for five days and they didn’t clean my room. When I asked on the second day, I was told I had to request cleaning the room. So I did. Nothing happened. I reported every day. I was in town for Church convention (COGIC) so transferring to another hotel would have been truly expensive . I dumped my trash

"Would stay again if I could arrive at a different time."

Breakfast was very good. Location coming from Memphis was difficult. Hard to get in left lane during rush hour.
