The beds were very comfortable and the location was perfect! Close to the Bus Station and shopping!

We couldn’t figure out how to regulate the shower temperature. It was scalding hot!

"Quiet, comfortable stay near the town center"

My friend and I loved our stay here. Easy parking, quiet, yet close to the town center. Warm and welcoming host. Our room had a balcony which we loved that looked out to a green garden area. Would absolutely stay here again. We also felt it was a good value.

I liked the location close to the massive, impressive HillMar Church and the Leif Erickson stature as Leif was a boyhood hero/explorer for me. The innkeeper, Nick, was amazing. He greeted me on the street before I even arrived and walked me to my alternate housing for the next two days at the "Garden Room". It was also close to the coastline and many stores, restaurants, coffee shops and pubs.

My room was separate from the main living quarters, so my interaction with other guests was minimal. Beyond that, it was a fine, quiet place to sleep.

Nick was very helpful in recommending attractions to see and making us feel at home. Only 2 blocks from Hallgrimskirkja church.

Not a biggie but the reading lamps on the bed didn't work.
