スーツケースに階段が大変だったが、スタッフが手伝ってくれた。

Le logement se situe à environ 200m de l'église moderne de Reykjavik. Pas besoin de transport pour visiter toute la ville. Chambre en bas, avec douche et wc. Il y a une grande salle commune en haut et une cuisine à disposition. Thé, café, céréales, confiture sont à disposition (pas mentionné) et cuisine où il est possible de cuisiner. Grande table ancienne où les "guests" se rencontrent. la cuisine n'est pas impeccablement propre (les chambres le sont), mais quand de multiples personnes l'emploient, c'est difficile de garder l'endroit impeccable. Excellent accueil.

La douche transparente est dans la chambre. Pas de problème pour un "vieux couple", mais si vous voyagez avec quelqu’un avec qui vous êtes moins intime, cela pourrait causer une certaine gêne. Il y a toujours moyen de monter au salon .

this is my destination for last night on Iceland and as always all good, cosy, clean, quiet and hospitable.

Self check-in is effiicient. Shoes off at the door gives the place a homey feel. The kitchen is accessible and there is often leftover food from previous travelers. I know that in the past there has been a woman staying there who made fresh sourdough bread daily. They have a long communal dining room table at the back of the main floor where tea and cereal is always available, though the kitchen closes at 22h to allow the sleepers nearby to rest.

I should have booked earlier because I paid too much for my room!

Strategic location to visiting sites from a newly built apartment, cafes & restaurants, walks, pickup and drop off by BSI, bus stops

Near a crane and digging sites although no bothering noice possible because of weekends

Sehr gute und zentrale Lage, alles wichtige gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Schöne, saubere Zimmer, sehr freundliche Inhaber/Mitarbeiter. Sehr guter Preis für kurzfristig gebucht und mitten in Reykjavík.
