Alfama - Lisbon Lounge Suites

Die Dame an der Rezeption war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Zentral gelegen. Direkt Haltestelle Tramp. Auch zu Fuß alles gut erreichbar. Trotz Bahn, eigentlich ruhig in der Nacht. Betten super bequem. Zimmer sauber. Frühstück gleich ums Eck möglich. Rezeption immer Hilfsbereit

Kein Tageslichtbad. Daher ehr dunkel.

No breakfast, I like the location- the apartment was comfortable- very clean

I prefer personal contact over doing everything through emails and phone calls. A receptionist who can answer questions and provide help when needed. When I arrived it took me a long time to get in because I had not completed my online check-- in ( my fault) there were two times the street door would not open and had to wait until it worked (not too long maybe five minutes but annoying not knowing if it was going to work. Lastly, I was given the room at the very top (8 flights of stairs) Im 76 years old so I had to really plan my trips and ended up not doing as much because of the climb. Otherwise everything was good.

Lovely location if you dont mind a few hills! But very picturesque!

Great location in the centre of Alfama with the Trams going right past the door (be careful stepping out onto the pavement!) Staff were friendly and helpful. Beds were really comfortable. We stayed twice in a different apartment each time. Both were good.

Location is awesome. In the middle of Alfama district, close to the center and next to the tram 28 stop.

Maybe a bit too noisy because of the trams. But it was fine for us.
