Alfama - Lisbon Lounge Suites

Great location.

Some of the personnel,which worked on reception during our stay didn't even say hello when we passed by. Some od the furniture ( for example sofa with holes) was already quite worn down.

Spacious apartment (2 bedrrom, 2 bathroom garden room).Very comfy beds. The garden (it had no privacy but it was a lovely feature in the room). Quiet neighbours. The nieghbourhood: Alfama, plenty to see around (be ready for your calves to be challenged, very steep roads and stairs, stunning nevertheless). Some of the staff were very friendly. No issues getting taxis to the door (you just need to be ready to hop on quickly as the street is narrow and busy, particularly if the tram is passing by. Suitcase storage. Reception opened 24 hours

Perhaps the sound of the tram passing by righ outside the hotel. The location of our room at the back of the hotel reduced the intensity of the sound, but you could still feel and hear the tremor caused by the tram passing by.

Оставались на 1 ночь. Все хорошо. Номера чистые, все работает. Прикольное месторасположение. Старый город. Очень красиво и атмосферно. Вход с маленькой улицы, где ходят их знаментые трамвайчики. Номер выходил на эту улицу. Если не закрывать окно , конечно шумно, но кондиционер работает отлично, если закрыть окно, будет тихо. Прям в 3 метрах шикарная кофейня.

Нет, ну конечно, если вам не нужны отели 5 и 4 звёзд). А ещё, если вы на машине с паркингом туго, но в расстоянии от отеля 5-10 минут есть платные паркинги.

Location in Alfama is excellent. Easy navigable walking to most sights. Continente supermarket nearby. Large apartment. Quiet from tram noise.

101 is a 2 bedroom apartment. Very basic. Main bedroom large but advertised double bed dressed as two single beds that cannot be joined. Other bedroom a double bed but has very noisy aircon unit. If leaving window open instead is very noisy large fish tank 2 metres outside in property beside. So three sleep deprived nights. Expensive for a curtain over bath & water damaged sink unit. Minimum of utensils in kitchen. One two seater couch in lounge insufficient for a two bed apartment. Gentleman on desk friendly but all other desk staff encountered (women) were surly.

The property had so much old world charm, the room was so spacious and beautiful and the view from the rooms many windows to the street below and the trains was truly special. The hotel is in such a fun, historic neighborhood with so many great restaurants, cafes and bars nearby. I highly recommend the 13 minute walk to the castle for breathtaking views of Lisboa and a fado dinner at one of the tavernas nearby. Reception also let me borrow a couple of US to EU outlet converters which really came in handy after a long flight.
