Nunca nos dieron desayuno. No tiene ascensor y a la llegada tampoco nos ayudaron a subir la escalera, solo nos entregaron lista con los precios. El joven que estaba al momento del check out ayudó a bajar las maletas. El agua de la ducha se sale (mal estado de la mampara ) No existe el closet o armario, solo unos ganchos colgando.Las fotos que muestran en booking, nada que ver con la realidad. Ubicacion esta en un sector de ALFAMA sucio,mal iluminado de noche y peleas callejeras, etc. El tranvia pasa al lado del recinto. No tienen estacionamiento ni tampoco se puede estacionar en la calle.

Bed, close to everything, clean

For a two bedroom "suite" I feel that the privacy isn't there on this type of rooms. To start there is a glass separation between the 2 rooms which doesn't allow for full privacy. What is worst is that one of the "rooms" cannot even close completely and therefore you hear all the noise between the 2 rooms. not great when travelling with colleagues or when some privacy is required. Best to state clearly in the description that the rooms are not completely isolated from each other. The outdoor space of the room is not great with a construction site just next to it. The room could do with some renovation, painting of the walls and a less noissy toilet.

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer sehr guten Lage in der Altstadt von Lissabon, Alfama. Vor der Tür befindet sich eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle der bekannten Tramlinie 28. Diese kann man, bei einem Fenster zur Straße gerichtet, sogar vor dem Fenster lang fahren sehen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich.

Die Straßenbahngeräusche könnten ggf. etwas stören, aber dies ist meckern auf hohem Niveau. Wenn man einen Blick zur Straße mit Tram haben möchte, sollte man dies in Kauf nehmen.
