Value for money. Whole space to myself

A little difficult to find. Gps did the job. Tried asking people working around but none seem to know. There were some sleezy place nearby. Learn to keep out of way

Staff fast response to our enquiry and request. Close to JR Station and the room bigger than expected, including small dining and dresser area, which is comfortable for 2-3 pax. Very value for money.

Smells from smoking, cooking and etc, may drift to the room despite the air purifier provided. No lift.

I liked the location of the property. It was right in the middle of the walkable district in Beppu.

Only two things: parking was a little bit difficult since we had a larger car. And, the apartment where we stayed had quite a few mosquitoes in it.m. We went on a killing spree to try to get rid of them.

The location is good and the host responded fairly fast

The property's picture showed a room with a twin bed, I rechecked it again and there was another listing by the same hotel with a bunk bed picture that was a couple of thousand yen cheaper. Because of this I deliberately choose the more expensive one hoping that the property looks like the picture it posted. But when I arrived at the property it was a bunk bed, and I checked in pretty late at night so I texted the host and stayed the night. The next day the host told me that I booked a bunk bed room although the picture clearly shows a twin bed room and they said that there were no more room so we can't get the room we booked. This was really disappointing
