Comfort CUBE PHOENIX Beppu (やよいビル)

This place is more like an AirBnB. Complete with kitchen, dishes. And a washing machine. It was nice to do the laundry and not have to keep feeding the machine coins like at hotels. A very good value. Close to the Beppu train station. I would stay here again.

The room is a little small for two beds. But who stays in their rooms that much.

Walking distance to the Beppu train station. Clear and easy instructions for self-checkin procedures. Compact room like you would typically find in Japan with all the items you needs.

Bed mattress is relatively thin that you can feel the horizontal bar which joins the two sections of a bed. But, it's tolerable for a short stay.

There is power outlet near the bed. I had to keep my phone away in the night . So I missed talking to my family since there is no power outlet near the bed .

Facilities are excellent. Try to provide a lift carry heavy bagages

The location is a great area but the beds aren't good at all ... I wish they could update the bed to make it comfortable to sleep
