Well-kept tiny serviced apartment with all the needed amenities. It has a central location within 5 minutes walk to the JR station.

There is a bar downstairs which can be a bit noisy sometimes but they close before midnight so it is Ok.

Small flat in the middle of the city, five minutes on foot from railway station.. Fully equipped.

1.) The area is bustling with all the traditional and modern restaurants 2.) It is situated between the JR Beppu Station and Beppu Kitahama(Beppu's main bus station) 3.) The appliances are complete and there is no need to ask for anything. 4.) There are 3 free bottled water.

1.) The bed sheets are not cleaned thoroughly, we saw a pubic hair, definitely not ours. 2.) There is no drying feature for the bathroom but that is understandable as the building looks a bit old. 3.) There is no elevator and it is a challenge for guests with a heavy luggage, we stayed at the 3rd Floor. 4.) The area is full of bars so you might hear loud jeers and karaoke past midnight, but you can use an earplug. 5.) You have to be careful to move around at night as you might disturb the room downstairs, same as how the occupants upstairs disturbed us.
