The front desk attendant was terrible I asked to upgrade my room, and was refused. I asked if I was eligible for a Marine's discount 😔, and refused to provide me with the information; I was very disappointed with.

Brand new property- still under construction. A bit dusty, cluttered, and confusing with active construction taking place in the building/hallways and outside. Room was clean and excellent condition.

It was nice that I was able to book something close to the ocean on short notice. Other than that , we had to pay $25:

Pool water was foggy and jacuzzi was green. Not enough parking spaces.

My friend and I had a very unsettling experience at this hotel. We arrived around 3:30 a.m. My friend, who was driving, handed the keys to the valet attendant. The valet told us the hotel lot was completely full and that he would have to park the car off-property on a nearby public street (Hancock Street). The next morning, after we checked out, we discovered that the car had been broken into. The interior was ransacked, belongings were scattered everywhere, and several valuables—including two drones and a cell phone worth about $8,000—were stolen. Even more concerning, the Tesla’s Sentry system had been disabled, suggesting whoever did this knew how to bypass the car’s security features. It is unacceptable for a hotel valet to park a guest’s car in an unsecured public area without offering safe alternatives. This incident left us extremely disappointed and concerned about the lack of accountability and security measures at this property.
