It was clean poor parking

This is a brand new property and let me tell you I hit the jackpot finding this place. My nephew is graduating from MCRD SD and this property is so close but I couldn’t have asked for a better hotel to stay at while attending graduation festivities. Soon there will be a Raising Canes just steps away from the front door and there is a convenient store/ gas station at the corner. The minute you walk into the hotel the front desk staff was so welcoming. The lobby and dining room area are beautiful and clean. The luggage carts were fantastic. The property is very large so there is plenty of room for all families. This is a newly renovated hotel

Staff was very friendly, hotel is modern and rooms spacious and clean.

Newly refurbished, which was great, but the pool was closed. Otherwise a pleasant stay.

Called and for towels at night when we got back from event, waited for 30 minutes. called again and said they would run it up right away and still waited and the towels never came. Breakfast wasnt palatable, but thats expected with ready made breakfast. Parking was a nightmare with limited parking and looked like a maze. Hotel was clean though so thats really the only plus.

Our room was super clean, cute, and comfy! It was a great sized room. They also offer a decent free breakfast in the morning.

Smoke detector was flashing. Notified office, not changed. This is my only complaint. Everything else was perfect.

I did not like the fact that we couldn’t check in early, only an hour before 3pm

For a looks like newer hotel there were still some unfinished things. Hanging wires , torn wall paper and the fan in the bathroom would not shut off. I only stayed one night thank his. Parking situation was horrible they make you pay to park and then there is not enough room for everyone. I think they have some things to work on.
