DO NOT STAY HERE. Cardboards have better personalities than the staff. We booked and paid through a 3rd party and they still double charged us. It took more than a week and several phone calls to get it straightened out. Leslie, who ID herself as a manager, was apologetic and finally told us that they refunded back to the 3rd party but not to us even through on the receipt they finally provided show it was refunded back to us. BTW they don’t give you a receipt. We had to ask for it and the charges are not even correct. Just a terrible place. Avoid the headaches and stay somewhere else.

"Quick stay"

Clean hotel, smaller Hampton, older hotel but well kept. Nice front desk and customer service. Stayed on our way to bring our daughter to college. Nice shopping and restaurants an exit up! Parking lot small but able to accommodate truck and trailer.

Stayed here on a visit to Louisville for a wedding in the Shively area Booked last minute Checked in after 11pm Tommy at the front desk was awesome even got us some hot water for our tea to settle us in for the evening. Stayed in room 210 very clean smelled very good. Nice soft bed.. breakfast was OK would rate 3 stars. overall property was very nice clean well-kept will definitely stay here again

"Horrible Breakfast "

Dirty coffee cup in our room, man (an employee) walked into our room like maybe he hangs out there, breakfast was horrible- out of so many things at 830 AM! I asked if there was going to be more put out and she “when I can.” Apparently she was managing the front desk and breakfast! We won’t be staying at a Hampton Inn again.
