"Entire staff is horrible- GM included!"

DO NOT STAY HERE! We travel a lot and this place is by far the worst customer service I have ever seen. From Paula- their sales lady at the location by the airport- rude! Linda- the front desk worker- I am not sure how a hotel would allow someone so mean to be the first person you see when you walk in. Clay- the GM is even very rude! They ended up evicting our team from the hotel before we even could check in. Hilton should close this location or at least fire the people there from the GM all the way down.

Shout out to Leslie who cheerily checked us in and gave us tips on restaurants and rush hour traffic. Just a quick one night stay here. Hotel common areas appeared to be recently updated and room was clean and in good shape. Third floor and backing up to woods, our room was quiet. Breakfast included premade cheese Omelettes and otherwise was what you’d expect. Staff made fresh, hot decaf coffee for us. Would stay here again.

"The Worst Management"

Don't stay here, especially if you have young children. The staff tried to evict my family because my 4 and 6 year old were running in the hallway for 3 minutes after a 4 hour drive to this hotel. It was 6 pm, not late at night. There were 8 other families joining us later, so instead of walking around on egg shells all weekend, we decided we wanted to leave. They would not refund us, even though Hampton Inn has a 100% satisfaction guarantee. I asked for a refund and they just went to the backroom and called the police, whom came and saw there was no issue, and left. The staff refused to speak with me, including the GM. This is the worst management team I have ever dealt with. They care nothing about you. Go to the TRU just down the road instead.

Rooms seem to be update and are spacious. However, there really is no storage for clothes or toiletries in the bathrooms. The showers head is awful.
