"Lots of block routes in the building. Frustrating and hard with my conditions."

Location was good. Breakfast was good. Clean. Needs to disclose it is under construction so informed decision can be made and offer discounts for the inconvenience and frustration of dealing with limited options for getting to hotel room on 3rd floor with chronic illness issues.

Undisclosed construction. Discount should have been offered. Wait for elevator was frustrating, and due to my medical conditions, taking the stairs is hard. As it is with standing still waiting for elevator is as well.

The staff was amazing.

We didn't know it would be under construction at the time of our stay. Some of the amenities were closed ie fitness center. It should be noted that it will be great once the construction is complete.

Clean rooms!

Other guest were very loud after 11pm, breakfast wasn't as good as in the past, and I feel the construction was left a bit messy on second floor where they weren't really working.

"It was a great stay for the short time my family stayed there"

The breakfast was good, and the room was nice.

The parking was very limited because of the construction and the limited spaces available.

"The staff was nice."

The staff was nice.

It would have been nice to know the hotel was undergoing renovations when I booked it. I would have booked elsewhere. For $200 a night i feel like I got ripped off. I wasn't able to use the pool or the gym which was very frustrating. I had to walk around the outside of the hotel to even get to where they serve breakfast. And when I got there, I couldn't even get any juice.Because the machine was out of order.

I couldn't tell you properly how our stay was, because of false advertising this property had no working pool, no front lobby, and absolutely no one to check us in after 35 40min. We lost 400.00 dallars,because we thought we were going to have a great family vacation, but what we got was a bunch of empty promises by this hotel that has obviously been extremely mismanaged! Good luck if you have already booked this place!
