Overall it was a nice stay. Their parking is always full.

The 1st room I was in had a very loud a/c unit. I asked to switch rooms and the front desk immediately found me another room and it was much better. The only recommendation I would have make would be that the chair at the desk is really stained and not appealing. Otherwise, all is good

It’s Utah, the clerk was under 21 so I couldn’t buy any alcoholic beverages from the padlocked cooler. Poor management.

Found left over food on valance! People ran up and down the halls, dog was barking IN the hotel! Room abode us was up at 2am -4am banging! Staff ignored us!!

The room and the hotel need to be updated in general. There was a used contact on the bathroom floor and a hair in the tub so I question if it was cleaned properly. The refrigerator was leaking and there was water all over the floor. The carpet is dirty and I didn’t like walking barefoot on it. The elevator was very slow and had a scary jolt when it hit first floor. Breakfast has always been fabulous with Hampton and staff is always friendly.
