"It’s okay "

Breakfast was very disappointing. No much offered. Ended up going to get food for my drive back home. Would have liked to not have to pay for breakfast. When this was one of the reasons I chose this Hotel.

"First time here but won't be our last."

Awesome hotel and amenities, exactly like home. Bonnie, the manager and her staff-Hailey, Tim, Samantha...what great customer service from all of them. Did not matter day or night , they always greeting you with a smile and asking you how they can be of assistance. Being from Alberta we did not know where to go but they knew their city and had great suggestions of where to shop , eat, visit sites and keep all of us busy. This hotel is right in the middle of shopping and you did not have to go far but if you wanted something different, they had suggestions of where you could find things. This was one of our most enjoyable holidays in a long time. KUDOS to you Bonnie and your hotel and staff. Wish we would have stayed two weeks instead of one.
