Basic but perfect! Used this hotel for layover from Toronto to Chicago. Friendly staff and all major retail chains around. Ample ev charging! Pool could have been a bit cleaner and breakfast was missing fruits. alhamdolillah it was not bad at all!

The breakfast meat that was being served was not completely cooked. The two mornings that I was there the coffee ran out before 10 am and was not replaced.

overall the staff was nice, facility nice and the area decent, it was quiet and would recommend people to stay here

Location

Wasn’t clean, not quiet, and in clear need of upgrades. Door looked like someone pried it open and that was my second room.

Plenty of restaurants nearby, good size fridge and room was VERY clean.

Excellent location. Nice selection for breakfast. Across from the mall. Very convenient and quiet area. Service was excellent at all levels. The only issue was 3 pillows for a king size bed. Maybe up it to an even 4.

Although the hotel is very nice and the staff were great also the surrounding area is great, for as much as it is for one night, we had a problem with the toilet leaking. Management was called but there was nothing that could be done because there weren’t any maintenance members on site.

Great staff and rooms. The rooms are well equipped with a kitchenette - you need to ask for the hot plate and 2 pans. They didn't have a pot - so hard to boil anything. The weekend I was there, they ran out of breakfast roughly 1 hr before closing on multiple days - that shouldn't happen - no breads, eggs, fruit, etc. I believe there is a problem with guests taking too much and stuffing their pockets to be fair - I don't believe it is a 100% issue of the staff, however they should plan for this type of person and build it into the price so that they can provide food for everyone. Overall great hotel and I would stay again as the things that really mattered were terrific.
