PHUSThe staff was friendly and despite being right off the exit, it's in a great location if you're going back and forth from NJ to NY as it sits right before the GW Bridge.
While it's in a rather convenient location for going back and forth between NJ and NY, it's really not the greatest location if you catch my drift. Not sure if I'd stay again or not. They have PLENTY of parking for their Platinum members but NO HANDICAP PARKING!! They are all reserved for Platinum. That's a huge disappointment especially when it advertises handicap accessible rooms. We also had NO HOT WATER.. Zilch. Granted it was rather late by the time we realized it because we traveled from out of state for a concert so we couldn't do much about it but that was a bit of an inconvenience.

Getting into the parking lot or hotel property is an absolute nightmare. Very dangerous depending on direction you arrive from.
